RESUMEN

Objective To explore the mental health status and characteristics of professional degree postgraduates. Methods 326 professional degree postgraduates from 3 universities were selected as subjects by cluster sampling.Symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) was applied to assess psychological health of the postgraduates in order. Results 1) The positive rate of psychological symptom screening was 11.11%.The detection rate of psychological problems from high to low was:obsessive-compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, somatization, paranoid ideation, anxiety, phobic anxiety and psychoticism.2) Excluding the factors of phobic anxiety, there was significant age difference in each factor score and total score of SCL-90 (P<0.05).The somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism factor scores and total score of the "≥30 years" group was significantly higher than those of "≤24 years"and the "25-29 years" group (P<0.05),the depression factor scores of "≥ 30 years" was significantly higher than the "≤24 years" group (P<0.01).3) The scores of somatizations (P=0.038) and obsessive-compulsive factors (P=0.043) of doctoral students were significantly higher than those of master students.4) In different grades, there were significant differences in the scores of obsessive-compulsives,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid ideation factor scores and SCL-90 total score (P<0.05).The factor scores and total score of the Grade Three were significantly higher than those of the first grade (P<0.05),and the scores of hostilities, paranoid ideation factors and total score were significantly higher than those of the second grade (P<0.05).5) Excluding phobic anxiety, the factor scores and total score of SCL-90 in the "peace and tranquility" group were significantly lower than those of "quarrel" group (P<0.05).6) Except for somatization and paranoia ideation, the factor scores and total score of SCL-90 of caring group were significantly lower than those non-caring group (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological health of graduate students of professional degree varies with age, educational level and grade, and is influenced by collective atmosphere and mentor attitude. The differences in the characteristics of the crowd should be taken into full consideration in the mental health education of colleges and universities, and the educational model should be explored, the educational goals, contents and forms should be refined to improve the mental health level of the population.

RESUMEN

The essence of image-based localization lies in matching 2D key points in the query image and 3D points in the database. State-of-the-art methods mostly employ sophisticated key point detectors and feature descriptors, e.g., Difference of Gaussian (DoG) and Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT), to ensure robust matching. While a high registration rate is attained, the registration speed is impeded by the expensive key point detection and the descriptor extraction. In this paper, we propose to use efficient key point detectors along with binary feature descriptors, since the extraction of such binary features is extremely fast. The naive usage of binary features, however, does not lend itself to significant speedup of localization, since existing indexing approaches, such as hierarchical clustering trees and locality sensitive hashing, are not efficient enough in indexing binary features and matching binary features turns out to be much slower than matching SIFT features. To overcome this, we propose a much more efficient indexing approach for approximate nearest neighbor search of binary features. This approach resorts to randomized trees that are constructed in a supervised training process by exploiting the label information derived from that multiple features correspond to a common 3D point. In the tree construction process, node tests are selected in a way such that trees have uniform leaf sizes and low error rates, which are two desired properties for efficient approximate nearest neighbor search. To further improve the search efficiency, a probabilistic priority search strategy is adopted. Apart from the label information, this strategy also uses non-binary pixel intensity differences available in descriptor extraction. By using the proposed indexing approach, matching binary features is no longer much slower but slightly faster than matching SIFT features. Consequently, the overall localization speed is significantly improved due to the much faster key point detection and descriptor extraction. It is empirically demonstrated that the localization speed is improved by an order of magnitude as compared with state-of-the-art methods, while comparable registration rate and localization accuracy are still maintained.

RESUMEN

A fast, simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method has been developed for determination of 10α-methoxy-6-methyl ergoline-8β-methanol (MDL,a main metabolite of nicergoline) in human plasma.One-step liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) with diethyl ether was employed as the sample preparation method.Tizanidine hydrochloride was selected as the internal standard (IS).Analysis was carried out on a Diamonsil ODS column (150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile-ammonium acetate (0.1 mol/L) (15/85,v/v) as mobile phase at detection wavelength of 224 nm.The calibration curves were linear over the range of 2.288-73.2 ng/mL with a lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) of 2.288 ng/mL.The intra- and inter-day precision values were below 13% and the recoveries were from 74.47% to 83.20% at three qtality control levels. The method herein described was successfully applied in a randomized crossover bioequivalence study of two different nicergoline preparations after administration of 30 mg in 20 healthy volunteers.

RESUMEN

The clinical internship is an important transitional period for humanistic spirit cultivation of the medical students. But in this period there are some problems exposed. For example, there is the lack of transitional link in management; the clinical instruction doctors lack educational consciousness or guidance ability, the medical students pay little attention to enhancing the individual humanistic spirit level and there is a gap between theory and practice of humanistic spirit for them.Strengthening training for students, attaching importance to training, selection and incentive of clinical instruction doctors and revising handbook of clinical internship will help to solve the problems.
